When you delete BlackBerry Mobile Voice System user accounts, the BlackBerry MVS does not delete the associated BlackBerry Enterprise Server user accounts. If you delete a BlackBerry MVS user account while the user is on an active call, the call is dropped.

1. In the MVS Console, in the left pane, expand Users.
2. Click Manage.
3. Select the check box beside each user account that you want to delete.
4. Click Remove MVS Users.
5. Click OK.
