Configure reporting preferences
- On the computer that hosts the BlackBerry Directory Sync Tool, on the taskbar, click Start > All Programs > BlackBerry Resource Kit > BlackBerry Resource Kit for Universal Device Service > BlackBerry Directory Sync Tool client.
- Click Edit > Preferences.
- If you want to hide "User not found" warning messages in the report when the tool tries to assign user accounts to Universal Device Service groups, select the Suppress "User not found" warnings when assigning users to groups check box.
- Click Save.
