In the BlackBerry Directory Sync Tool 6.0.0, if you enabled the provisioning feature, new user accounts that were added to the Universal Device Service appeared under the Administrators tab in the Administration Console. (DT 3524728)
In the BlackBerry Directory Sync Tool 6.1.0, new user accounts that are added to the Universal Device Service appear under the All Users tab.
In the BlackBerry Directory Sync Tool 6.0.0, if you enabled the provisioning feature, and your MDM domain hosted more than 2000 users, the tool might not have added new user accounts to the Universal Device Service. (DT 3854917)
In the BlackBerry Directory Sync Tool 6.1.0, this issue is resolved.
