Steps

1. In the MVS Console, in the left pane, expand Users.
2. Click Add.
3. To see all available BlackBerry Enterprise Server user accounts, click Search.
4. Select the check box beside each BlackBerry Enterprise Server user account that you want to add.
5. Click Add MVS User(s).
6. If necessary, select a Template, Class of Service, MVS Server, Telephony Connector, and Voice Mail Connector for the users.
7. If necessary, configure the settings for the BlackBerry Enterprise Server users accounts that you selected.
8. Click Add MVS User(s).

Expected results

The BlackBerry MVS user account is created.
