Steps

1. Log in to the MVS Console as an administrator.
2. In the left pane, expand Users.
3. Click Manage.
4. Click Search.
5. Click the BlackBerry Mobile Voice System user account that you want to change call scheduling for.
6. Click Settings.
7. In the Call Scheduling section, in the Weekly drop-down list, click Never.
8. Click Save.
9. Make a call from the participating desk phone to the BlackBerry device.

Expected results

The BlackBerry device does not ring, but the associated desk phone rings.
