Configure permissions for the Windows domain user account
Before you begin: Verify that you
created a
Windows domain user account (for example, MVSAdmin) to
install the
BlackBerry Mobile Voice System software.
- On the computer that hosts the BlackBerry MVS Server, log in using a Windows domain administrator account that has permissions to manage groups.
- On the taskbar, click Start > Administrative Tools > Computer Management.
- In the left pane, expand Local Users and Groups.
- Click the Groups folder.
- In the right pane, double-click Administrators.
- Click Add.
- In the Enter the object names to select field, type the user name for the Windows domain user account that you created.
- Click OK.
- Click Apply.
- Click OK.
