Prerequisites
You have enabled call forwarding for the user in the MVS
Console.
Steps
- On the participating device press the phone button > Menu Button > Options > Work (Wi-Fi) or Work (Mobile) > MVS Call Forwarding.
- Press Add Number and configure a phone number to forward calls to.
- Make a call to the number of the participating device.
After you finish: Repeat this test using Voice over Wi-Fi and with no data coverage present.
Expected results
- The phone that you forwarded
the call to rings.
- When you answer the phone
that you forwarded the call to, the call connects.
- The users on the phones
can communicate.
