Steps

1. Log in to the MVS Console as an administrator.
2. In the left pane, expand Users.
3. Click Manage.
4. Click Search.
5. Click the BlackBerry Mobile Voice System user account that you want to prevent the call from reaching.
6. Click Settings.
7. In the Caller Restrictions drop-down list, click All Callers Except Blocked.
8. Add the phone number of the participating desk phone to the blocked caller list.
9. Click Save.
10. Make a call from the participating desk phone to the BlackBerry device.

Expected results

The BlackBerry device does not ring, but the associated desk phone rings.
