Steps
- In the
BlackBerry MVS Client, press the
Menu key.
- Click
Options.
- Click
MVS Caller Restrictions.
- In the
Caller Restriction drop-down list, click
Allowed callers only.
- Press the
Menu key.
- Click
Save.
- Make a call from the
participating desk phone to the participating
BlackBerry device.
Expected results
- The
BlackBerry device and associated desk phone
ring.
- The call connects when the
device user answers.
- You and the device user
can communicate.
