extension number associated with the desk phone.
- Answer the call on the
desk phone and place the call on hold.
- On the
BlackBerry
device, press the
Send key and then the
Menu key.
- Click Move Call
From Desk.
- The call continues on the
device.

- The call moves from the
desk phone to the
device.
- The call is active on the
device.
- The call disconnects from
the desk phone.
