Verify that you can check for voice mail messages for a BlackBerry MVS user

Steps

  1. From the desk phone, leave a voice mail message for the BlackBerry Mobile Voice System device user.
  2. With the work line active, from the phone application of the device, press the Menu key.
  3. Click Call Voice Mail.
  4. When prompted, call the work voice mailbox.

After you finish: Repeat this test using Voice over Wi-Fi and with no data coverage present.

Expected results

  • The user of the desk phone can leave a voice mail message for the BlackBerry device user.
  • The BlackBerry device user can call the voice mailbox and play the message.
