Implementing the BlackBerry MVS
When you implement the BlackBerry Mobile Voice System you complete the following phases:

| Preimplementation | Determine if your environment can work with the BlackBerry MVS. |
| Design and preparation | Collect information about your environment, and plan the deployment of the BlackBerry MVS. |
| Installation | Program the PBX or gateway, install the BlackBerry MVS and run a verification test plan. |
| Post-installation | Engage BlackBerry Technical Support Services, if necessary. |
