If your organization uses a Cisco Unified Communications Manager, you must install two COP files before you install and configure the BlackBerry Mobile Voice System software. Installing the COP files requires a restart of all of the nodes in the cluster. Make sure that you schedule any changes to the Cisco Unified Communications Manager during a maintenance window.
