Change the preferred voice network

In the
MVS Console, in the
left pane, expand
Users.

Click
Manage.

Click
Search.

Click a user account.
-
On the
Settings tab, in the
BlackBerry MVS Line Configuration section, in
the
Default network for BlackBerry MVS calls
drop-down list, click a setting.
The default setting is
Wi-Fi.

In the
When Wi-Fi is unavailable, use Mobile
drop-down list or
When Mobile is unavailable, use Wi-Fi
drop-down list, click
Yes or
No.

Click
Save.
