You can use a class of service to permit users to forward incoming BlackBerry Mobile Voice System calls to an internal extension or another phone.

Permit users to forward calls

After you make changes to a class of service, the BlackBerry Mobile Voice System updates the affected user accounts and BlackBerry devices that are assigned to the class of service.

In the MVS Console, in the left pane, expand Class Of Service.
Click Manage.
Click a class of service.
In the BlackBerry MVS Call Features section, select the User can enable MVS Call Forwarding check box.
Click Save.
