Configure phone number normalization
- In the MVS Console, in the left pane, expand Telephony Connectors.
- Click Manage.
- Click a telephony connector.
- To turn on phone number translation, do one of the following:
- In the Location drop-down list, click
Remove the plus sign (+) from phone numbers to remove only the plus sign.
- In the Location drop-down
list, click
the location of your organization's PBX to remove the plus sign and provide translation.
- Click Save.
