After you deactivate a BlackBerry Mobile Voice System user account, the user cannot access the BlackBerry MVS Client on a BlackBerry device.

1. In the MVS Console, in the left pane, expand Users.
2. Click Manage.
3. Click the user account.
4. On the General tab, in the MVS Service drop-down list, click Disabled.
5. Click Save.
