Change the preferred voice network

  1. In the MVS Console, in the left pane, expand Users.
  2. Click Manage.
  3. Click Search.
  4. Click a user account.
  5. On the Settings tab, in the BlackBerry MVS Line Configuration section, in the Default network for BlackBerry MVS calls drop-down list, click a setting. The default setting is Wi-Fi.
  6. In the When Wi-Fi is unavailable, use Mobile drop-down list or When Mobile is unavailable, use Wi-Fi drop-down list, click Yes or No.
  7. Click Save.
