Templates are applied to new user accounts only when the user accounts are created. Any subsequent changes to a template do not affect existing users accounts or BlackBerry devices.

1. In the MVS Console, in the left pane, expand Templates.
2. Click Manage.
3. Click a template.
4. In the BlackBerry MVS Line Configuration section, in the Network Handoff drop-down list, click Automatic handoff with user prompt or Automatic Handoff with user notification.
5. Click Save.
6. In the left pane, expand Class Of Service and click Manage.
7. Click a class of service.
8. Select the Device can initiate automatic handoffs between Voice over Wi-Fi and Voice over Mobile check box.
9. In the User Edit Control section, select User may select the automatic handoff method and User may enable and disable automatic handoff.
10. Click Save.
11. Click OK.
