In the MVS Console, in the left pane, expand Users.
Click Manage.
Click a user account.
On the Settings tab, in the BlackBerry MVS Line Configuration section, in the Network Handoff drop-down list, click a setting.
On the Class Of Service tab, in Class of Service Name drop-down list, select a class of service that has the Device can initiate automatic handoffs between Voice over Wi-Fi and Voice over Mobile option enabled.
In the User Edit Control section, select User may select the automatic handoff method and User may enable and disable automatic handoff.
Click Save.
Click OK.
