Scheduling when BlackBerry MVS users receive calls to their work numbers on their BlackBerry devices

You can schedule when BlackBerry Mobile Voice System users can receive calls to the work number on their BlackBerry devices. You cannot restrict the schedule of outgoing calls. If you have the caller restrictions set to Allowed Callers Only, any callers that you add to the allowed callers list are not restricted by scheduling.

Change when users can receive calls to the work number on the BlackBerry device

The BlackBerry Mobile Voice System does not apply template changes to user accounts that already have the template applied to them. You can make changes to template settings on a per-user basis.

  1. In the MVS Console, in the left pane, expand Templates.
  2. Click Manage.
  3. Click a template.
  4. Configure the times when the user can receive calls to the work number.
  5. Click Save.

Permit users to configure the days when they receive calls to the work number on their BlackBerry devices

After you make changes to a class of service, the BlackBerry Mobile Voice System updates the affected user accounts and BlackBerry devices that are assigned to the class of service.

  1. In the MVS Console, in the left pane, expand Class Of Service.
  2. Click Manage.
  3. Click a class of service.
  4. In the Scheduling Control section, configure the days that users can specify whether they receive calls to their work numbers.
  5. Click Save.
