You can create a class of service based on an existing class of service. You can then change the values for the class of service that you created so that it meets your organization's needs. You can also use a copy of a class of service to return an existing class of service to its default settings.

1. In the MVS Console, in the left pane, expand Class Of Service.
2. Click Manage.
3. Click Copy beside the class of service that you want to copy.
4. In the Class of Service Name field, type a name for the class of service.
5. Configure the settings for your organization's users.
6. Click Save.
