Configure No Data Coverage calling
You can configure a no data coverage number that the BlackBerry MVS Client uses to connect to the MVS Session Manager when the BlackBerry Mobile Voice System user is in an area with no data coverage.
Before you begin:
You must configure a corresponding DID/DDI number on your organization's PBX.
- In the MVS Console, in the left pane, expand MVS Topology.
- Click Server View.
- Click the BlackBerry MVS Server that you want to configure No Data Coverage calling for.
- In the No Data Coverage Number field, type a phone number that the BlackBerry MVS Client uses to connect to the MVS Session Manager when the BlackBerry MVS user is in an area with no data coverage.
- Click Save.
