Changing display names of work numbers
You can change the display names of work
numbers on BlackBerry
devices. You can also permit users to change the display names.
Change the display name of the work number
The default display
name for work numbers on
BlackBerry devices is Work.

In the
MVS
Console, in the left pane, expand
Users.

Click
Manage.

Click a user account.

On the
Settings tab, in the
BlackBerry MVS Line Label field, type a
display name.

Click
Save.
Permit users to change display names of work numbers
After you make changes to a class of service, the
BlackBerry Mobile Voice System updates the affected user accounts and
BlackBerry devices that are assigned to the
class of service.

In the
MVS
Console, in the left pane,
expand
Class Of Service.

Click
Manage.
-
Click a class of service.

In the
User Edit Control section, select the
User may change the BlackBerry MVS line label
check box.

Click
Save.
