Reset the BlackBerry MVS password

If you perform this task, the MVS Console password for the administrator of the BlackBerry Mobile Voice System changes to sysadmin.

  1. On the BlackBerry MVS Server, log in using the user name and password for the administrator of the BlackBerry MVS Server.
  2. On the taskbar, click Start > Settings > Control Panel > BlackBerry Mobile Voice System Configuration.
  3. On the Password Reset tab, click Reset Password.
  4. Click OK.
