Export the Microsoft SharePoint certificate

You must export and save the Microsoft SharePoint certificate on the computer that you use to access the BlackBerry Social Networking Application Proxy Administration Service.

  1. In a browser, type the web address for the Microsoft SharePoint server.
  2. In the Security Alert dialog box, click View Certificate. If the Security Alert dialog box does not appear, double-click the lock icon or the browser icon that represents a highly secure website.
  3. In the Certificate dialog box, on the Details tab, click Copy to File.
  4. In the Certificate Export Wizard, click Next.
  5. Select the Base-64 encoded X.509 (.CER) option.
  6. Click Next.
  7. Click Browse to specify the location and name of the certificate file.
  8. Click Save.
  9. Click Next.
  10. Click Finish.
Configure trusted connections between the file transfer service and the Microsoft SharePoint server using the JRE key store (cacerts) or the custom key store (snapTrustStore.jks).
