Best practice: Preinstallation
Consider the following guidelines:
- Consult the administrators of your organization's PBX, BlackBerry Enterprise Server, voice mail system, LAN, security network, database, Wi-Fi, network, hardware, and software, and the change management control board so that they are aware of the plan to install the BlackBerry Mobile Voice System.
- Back up the BlackBerry Configuration Database.
