The BlackBerry Mobile Voice System records call details in files on the BlackBerry MVS Server. You can generate reports from these files using the Call Detail Record Report and the Disconnected Call Report. The Call Detail Record Report provides details on all calls while the Disconnected Call Report tool includes information on failed calls only. Access to both reports is provided through the MVS Console.
