You must plan your template carefully. The BlackBerry Mobile Voice System does not apply future template changes to user accounts that already have the template applied to them.

1. In the MVS Console, in the left pane, expand Templates.
2. Click Add.
3. In the Template Name field, type a name for the template.
4. Perform one of the following actions:
   • To create a template without configuring any settings, click Save.
   • Configure the settings for your organization's users. Click Save.
