Choose the headers and details to include in an ad hoc report
- On the Report Display Fields - Step 3 of 4 screen, in the Report Header Details section, select the check box beside each header that you want to display in the report.
- To select all of the report headers, in the Report Header Details section, select the All check box.
- In the Additional Details section, select the check box beside each item that you want to display in the report.
- To select all of the detail items, in the Additional Details section, select the All check box.

Group report, perform one of the following tasks:
