I did not receive a confirmation code
The BlackBerry® Management
Center sends a confirmation code in a PIN message to the
BlackBerry smartphone
that you add to the
BlackBerry Management
Center.
Try performing the following action:
- Log in to the
BlackBerry Management
Center website and confirm that you entered the correct PIN and
IMEI, ESN, or MEID for your smartphone.
- If necessary, make changes to the information and click Send my confirmation code again.
