Users want to log in as a different user but they cannot clear the credentials cache

Possible solution

If users want to log in as a different user, but they do not see the credentials prompt after they click Clear Client Credentials Cache in the BlackBerry® Client for Microsoft® SharePoint®, you must also clear the cache on the BlackBerry MDS Connection Service server. To clear the cache, restart the server.
