The Chalk Pushcast product name was changed to BlackBerry® Pushcast for all instances of the product name in the BlackBerry Pushcast Software including the Chalk logo, all components, file names, and UI references.

Pause and resume functionality for the BlackBerry Pushcast Player
|
The BlackBerry Pushcast Player can pause a content download in the following scenarios: - when a BlackBerry Pushcast Player user does not have a wireless connection or is outside of a wireless coverage area
- when a user receives a phone call on a device that uses a 2G data network
- when a user can download content over a Wi-Fi network only and the user does not have a wireless connection
The BlackBerry Pushcast Player resumes the content download when the device can establish a wireless connection or after a user ends a phone call.
