If you delete an IT policy, the BlackBerry Administration Service identifies the users or groups that use the IT policy and determines what IT policy to apply to the users or groups instead. For example, if an IT policy is assigned to a user account and then you delete the IT policy, and the user account is not a member of a group, the BlackBerry Administration Service starts a job to apply the default IT policy to the user account.

1. In the BlackBerry® Administration Service, on the BlackBerry solution management menu, expand Policy.
2. Click Manage IT policies.
3. In the list of IT policies, click an IT policy.
4. Click Delete IT policy.
5. Click Yes – Delete the IT policy.
