On the computer that hosts the BlackBerry® Enterprise Server Express, if you configure SNMP with a trap destination that does not resolve into an IP address, even if the BlackBerry Enterprise Server Express does not use the SNMP community, the BlackBerry Enterprise Server Express does not initialize the SNMP service.
