Identify whether a BlackBerry device is associated with the BlackBerry Internet Service
Before you activate a BlackBerry® device on the BlackBerry® Enterprise Server Express, you can visit the BlackBerry Expert Support Center to use online tools to determine whether the device is associated with the BlackBerry® Internet Service.
