Prevent the previous BlackBerry Enterprise Server Express from connecting to the BlackBerry Infrastructure

If you try to connect two BlackBerry® Enterprise Server Express instances to the BlackBerry® Infrastructure using identical SRP credentials, the BlackBerry Infrastructure deactivates the credentials, and wireless traffic stops.
  1. In the Windows® Services, stop all BlackBerry Enterprise Server Express services.
  2. Change the startup type for all BlackBerry Enterprise Server Express services to Disabled.
