This error message appears when you try to add the BlackBerry® Client Access License key during the installation process.

Possible solution

After you restart the computer during the BlackBerry® Enterprise Server Express installation process, you must log in using the same Windows® account that you used to start the installation process.

1. Close the setup application.
2. Log out of the computer.
3. Log in to the computer.
4. Restart the setup application.
