Architecture: BlackBerry Web Desktop Manager
The BlackBerry® Web Desktop Manager
consists of server-side services that are installed with the BlackBerry Administration Service and Microsoft® ActiveX® controls that are installed on the browser of the BlackBerry device user's computer. HTTPS authentication secures the connection between the server and the browser.
