Actions that the device performs when you delete device data

When you delete data on a BlackBerry® device, the device performs specific actions depending on the options that you select.

Device actions

Deletes all device data

Deletes all device data with option to delete third-party applications

Deletes all device data with option to reformat media card

Deleting only work data

Resetting to factory defaults

deletes user data
