Before you add a video to content, you must make sure that BlackBerry® devices support the video format that you used. You cannot insert unsupported video into the content. You must use only alphanumeric characters to name video files. Using special characters and symbols, such as the at symbol (@), number sign (#), dollar sign ($), percent symbol (%), carat symbol (^), ampersand (&), or asterisk (*), can prevent publishing or video conversion. The file name for the video cannot exceed 50 characters.

1. In the Chalk menu, select Insert Video.
2. In the Look in field, select the location where your video file is stored.
3. Click the video that you want to insert.
4. Click Open.
