Possible cause

The Chalk™ Pushcast™ Software is installed on a drive that does not allow the required permissions for the system account and user account.

Possible solution

Administrators must change the permissions for the system account and user account on the drive that contains the Chalk Pushcast Software installation files.

1. On the computer that you installed the Chalk Pushcast Software on, navigate to the drive that contains the Chalk Pushcast Software installation files.
2. Right-click the drive, and click Properties.
3. On the Security tab, perform one of the following tasks:

   Task	Steps
   If System and Users appear in the Group or user names list, change the permissions for System and Users.	In the Group or user names section, click System. In the Permissions for System section, select the Allow check box for Full Control. In the Group or user names section, click Users. In the Permissions for Users section, select the Allow check box for Read & Execute, List Folder Contents, and Read. Click Advanced. Select the Replace permissions entries on all child objects with entries shown here that apply to child options check box. Click Apply. Click OK.
   If System and Users do not appear in the Group or user names list, add System and Users with the required permissions to the list.	Click Add. Click Locations. In the Location list, select the local computer. Click OK. In the Enter the object names to select field, type Users. Click Check Names. In the Enter the object names to select field, type System. Click Check Names. Click OK. In the Group or user names list, click System. In the Permissions for System list, select the Allow check box for Full Control. In the Group or user names list, click Users. In the Permissions for Users list, select the Allow check box for Read & Execute, List Folder Contents, and Read. Click Advanced. Select the Replace permission entries on all child objects with entries shown here that apply to child objects check box. Click Apply. Click OK.
