Possible cause

The Microsoft® IIS server does not have a port connection available that it can use to start the web site that administrators created for the Chalk™ Pushcast™ Software. Another web site that is running on the Chalk Pushcast server is using the port connection that the Chalk Pushcast Software web site must use.

Possible solution

Administrators can stop the web site that is running on the Chalk Pushcast server to make the port connection available and then start the web site that they created for the Chalk Pushcast Software web site.

1. On the taskbar, click Start > Run.
2. In the Open field, type inetmgr.
3. Click OK.
4. In the left pane, navigate to Internet Information Services > Web Sites.
5. Right-click the web site that is running and click Stop.
6. Right-click the web site that you created for the Chalk Pushcast Software and click Start.
