Process flow: Authoring and publishing content using the Chalk Pushcast Plug-in for Microsoft PowerPoint
- You assign a role to the author that permits the author to create content in the Chalk™ Pushcast™ Plug-in for Microsoft® PowerPoint® and that also permits the author to view and change the content within the web-based authoring environment in the Chalk Pushcast Console.
- The author opens the Chalk Pushcast Plug-in for Microsoft PowerPoint and signs in with a valid username and password.
- The Chalk™ Pushcast™ Software authenticates and authorizes the author to publish content or to assign content to specific Chalk Pushcast Software users and groups.
- The author creates content using the Chalk Pushcast Plug-in for Microsoft PowerPoint.
- The author publishes content to the Chalk Pushcast Console from the Chalk Pushcast Plug-in for Microsoft PowerPoint.
- The author views and changes the content as necessary within the web-based authoring environment in the Chalk Pushcast Console.
