Usage
This rule does not affect other browsers such as the WAP browser.

Description
This rule specifies whether the phone is available on a BlackBerry® device.
Default value
The default value is Yes.
Usage
Change this rule to No to prevent a user from making and receiving any calls except emergency calls.
The phone icon remains on the BlackBerry device.
