BlackBerry Enterprise Server does not have the correct number of user
accounts
Possible cause
An entry in the user account list is not formatted correctly.
Possible solution
- In the
BlackBerry® Enterprise Server, delete the user account that is formatted incorrectly.
- Delete all user accounts
that are associated with a PIN that is higher than the PIN of the user account
that you deleted in step 1.
- Add the user accounts
again. Make sure to include a fully qualified email address and that PINs are
used consistently in the user account list.
- Run the
BlackBerry Load Test Configuration Tool again.
