In the BlackBerry® Infrastructure and Smartphone Simulator, a workload is associated with a profile. When you run a test using a new workload, you are testing with a new or changed workload profile.

• Establish a baseline so that you can compare test results with the baseline.
• Create the new profile using the appropriate BlackBerry® Enterprise Server configuration items and components.
• Run the test with the new profile for at least 48 hours.
• Run multiple tests instead of a single test to average out chance occurrences.
