BlackBerry Policy Service known issues
The following IT policy rules are included in the
BlackBerry® Administration Service but are obsolete: SIP User ID, SIP User Password,
SIP User Display Name, VPN User Name, VPN User Password.
In certain circumstances, the
BlackBerry Policy Service can take up to 12
hours to process work requests. (391803)
