BlackBerry Controller known issues
You cannot create memory dumps of the BlackBerry® Enterprise Server Express on a computer running Windows Server® 2008 using userdump.exe. (403640)
Workaround: Consider one of the following options:
- Reduce the certificate size.
- Remove the certificate.
- Issue a smaller certificate.
