Configure support for Unicode languages
You can make sure that the messaging application can display the Unicode messages that the BlackBerry® device sends
by configuring the BlackBerry® Enterprise Server Express to support Unicode languages (for example, Japanese, Korean, or Simplified Chinese).
- On the computer that hosts the BlackBerry Enterprise Server Express, on the taskbar, click Start > Run.
- Type regedit.
- Click OK.
- Perform one of the following actions:

- Verify that the ConfigKeystoreCountry registry key is set to one of the following values, depending on your organization's environment:
- In the Windows Services, restart the BlackBerry Dispatcher.
